- It is our desire to plant 15 new churches in 15 years.
- To accomplish our God given vision of 15 new churches in 15 years pray that God will continue to send us men & women who have the "Four C's" (Calling, Competency, Character, and Compatibility) that we can mentor & send out to plant new churches that will reproduce themselves and plant new churches.

- It is expected that to reach our God given vision we will need to have three weekend English services.
Finances
- Estimated $50,000 annually for advertisement, direct mail, outreach events, operations (Ongoing operations including printing, copying, office supplies, insurance, phones, internet, cell phones, etc).
- Estimated $150,000 annually for staff salaries, background checks, leadership development, continuing education, insurance (Lead Pastor, Worship Pastor, Youth Pastors, Children's Pastors, Administrative Assistants) Currently all our staff are volunteers.
- Estimated $50,000 annually for ministries (Discipleship, Celebrate Recovery, Food Pantry, Financial Peace University, Marriage Enrichment)
